However, progression is difficult to achieve if you have a Broke Down Bob
Moving away has made me think about progression, change and growing up. In my work I want to supercede even my own expectation of myself. For this to be successful, progression and production needs to occur to better myself and produce a vast coherence of my chosen medium and also the histories of adjoining subjects. So from now I will not be a sitting duck and fly for knowledge.
My interpretation. Documenting the photographer…. The object of this idea is to examine the concepts and implementation of an alternative image maker to myself. Along this journey I expect to discover frequent variance in approach to subject matter. I believe this will be due to a diverse range of experiences in both life and work. To begin with, I hypothesize my own viewpoint to be relatively bland and to use the camera simply as a tool to document the subject. As I become increasingly comfortable with material shot over a period of time, I expect to explore the situation further. Anyway, that’s a small gist of it, here’s a pic from session one. More at a later date
